As some of you may know I am an energetic guy. I’m easily inspired, I love to have a good time and I love pursuing activities that challenge and change me.
Growing up my high energy drove me towards playing competitive sports. Anything where I could challenge myself against a worthy opponent. I began with karate, moved on to basketball, then football, and now I have a love-hate relationship with barbells and kettle bells at my local Cross Fit gym. The thing is, all of these things have one thing in common: They challenged me to be a better person. Physically, mentally and emotionally.
This, and the excitement I get from helping other people realize and reach their goals, is what has drawn me to qualify and develop myself as an Exercise and Nutrition Coach.
But what is an Exercise and Nutrition Coach?
We’ve all heard that we need to eat right for our type. But do you know what your type is? If you’ve ever been inside a gym there’s a chance you’ve been told to push yourself in order to get results. But how hard should you push and what kind of exercises should you be doing?
If you’ve tried every diet under the sun, bounced between weight loss and exercise programs and are simply not achieving your goals, then exercise and nutrition coaching could be for you.
For me, E&N Coaching is about working with you in order to help you understand and develop your goals specific to you and your lifestyle. It’s not about providing you with a generic program and sending you away. I want to help you incorporate change into your existing lifestyle rather than direct you to make changes that are difficult to maintain. I not only want to help you get the body you want and to feel better, but I want to help you on your journey to being the best person you can be, by listening to you, understanding you and working with you to get to your desired destination.
If you’ve struggled bouncing from diet to diet, following exercise plans or finding the motivation to get yourself into anything that resembles positive action, then hiring a coach might be something to consider.
Think of your coach as someone who you go to for support, education and motivation. They are the one person you can be honest with and who cares about you reaching your goals as much as you do. You tell them where you want to go, and your coach provides you with the map to get there. At least that’s the way I see it.
Through my work with Level Nutrition I have the platform to provide you with all of the tools necessary to help you reach your goals.
